Cancellations
I know life can get hectic. If for some reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Kindly, provide a 48-hour notice of cancellation notice by telephone voice mail or by texting (650-344-38680) so that another guest may be offered the timeframe, thank you.
Deposits
A $50.00 deposit (accepted only via Venmo) is required when reserving hair service for highlights or keratin treatments. The deposit will be applied to your service at the time of scheduling the appointment the balance is due the day of your appointment.
Guest
I LOVE what I do and can’t wait to meet you! Please arrive 5 minutes early at the salon. Relax and enjoy this time for just you!
Late Arrivals
To ensure timely service for each guest, I may need to abbreviate or if necessary, reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
Payment Methods
I accept cash or Venmo. All deposits are paid via Venmo ONLY.
Returned Checks
There is a $45 service fee for all return funds via check, Venmo from the client’s financial institution.
